30 Days Meditation

with Prema Teachers

Kick off the New Year with a commitment to sit. Join us for the month of January for 20 minutes of daily meditation. Each day a different Prema teacher and practice. All proceeds go towards the development and growth of our nonprofit, Prema Hummingbirds.

All proceeds will go toward our Prema Hummingbirds Mutual Aid Fund.

Cost: One time payment of $30 with access to the full 30 day series as a sustainer. $50 if you can as as supporter.

Recordings will be sent daily if you are not available to sit in real time. They will be valid for 24 hours.
