Kick off the New Year with a commitment to sit.

Join us for the month of January for 20 minutes of daily meditation. Each day a different Prema teacher and practice. All proceeds go towards the development and growth of our nonprofit, Prema Hummingbirds.

8am-8:20am / January 2nd-31st / ZOOM

All proceeds will go toward our Prema Hummingbirds Mutual Aid Fund.

Cost: $30 Sustainer Rate / $50 Supporter Rate

Recordings will be sent daily if you are not available to sit in real time. They will be valid for 24 hours.
