PREMA TEACHING MENTORSHIP PRACTICUM [with Danielle Harbord, Emily Rawlings & Amanda Harding]
PREMA TEACHING MENTORSHIP PRACTICUM
with Emily Rawlings, Danielle Harbord & Amanda Harding
A Feedback-Driven Mentorship for Yoga Teachers
The Prema Teaching Mentorship Practicum is a comprehensive, practicum-based experience designed for yoga teachers who are ready to elevate their teaching through practice, observation, and meaningful feedback.
This is not a lecture-based training or continuing education course focused on theory. Instead, you'll apply what you already know by teaching full-length classes, receiving thoughtful mentor and peer feedback, integrating that feedback, and returning to teach again with greater confidence, clarity, and intention.
Together, we'll examine every aspect of what creates an exceptional class - from sequencing and pacing to cueing, language, presence, transitions, music, lighting, assists, and the overall experience you create for your students.
Working within an intimate cohort of 4-6 mentees, you'll receive individualized mentorship while also learning through observing fellow teachers, participating in discussion, and hearing feedback offered throughout the cohort.
Our goal isn't simply to help you teach a good class. It's to help you develop the awareness, confidence, and skill to create an exceptional one.
What You'll Gain
Guidance from two experienced mentors overseen by studio owner, Amanda Harding
Two full-length teaching opportunities
Personalized written feedback after each teaching weekend

Prema Reels Community Movie Night: Withnail and I [with Community]
Join us for the return of Prema Reels, our community movie night!
Each month, a different member of our community will choose a favorite film and share a few words about why it means something to them before we watch together.
Our first film is Withnail and I, chosen by John Polson, husband of Prema studio owner Amanda Harding.
We’ll project the film on the studio wall, spread out the bolsters and blankets, and settle in for a cozy night.
Withnail and I (1987) follows two unemployed actors who escape London for a countryside retreat that quickly unravels into a series of unforgettable misadventures. Starring Richard E. Grant, Paul McGann, and Richard Griffiths, this cult British comedy is a funny, poignant portrait of friendship, ambition, and the end of an era.

Prema Advanced Studies (300 Hour) [led by Senior Prema Faculty]
A 10-Month Graduate Program
For over a decade, our 200-Hour Immersion has been one of the cornerstones of Prema, introducing hundreds of students to the deeper teachings of yoga while launching countless teaching journeys.
As we look ahead to 2027, we're excited to evolve.
Rather than offering another traditional teacher training, we're creating a graduate program designed to support students/teachers long after their first 200 hours (think 300 hours).
At the heart of this next chapter is Prema Advanced Studies, a ten-month continuing education program made up of ten immersive weekend modules.
While participants may complete the full graduate program, we also recognize that everyone’s path is unique. Some may feel called to deepen their understanding of philosophy, while others want to study prenatal yoga, restorative practices, teaching skills, assists, or harmonium. Therefore, every module will also be available individually - a la carte.
Join us for one weekend, several throughout the year, or commit to the entire ten-month journey. Whether you're looking to refine a specific skill or immerse yourself in the full experience, the program is designed to meet you where you are.
**Enrollment is intentionally kept small to foster meaningful mentorship and connection.
Prerequisite:
Completion of a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from any recognized school or program. Actively teaching is not a requirement as this is not solely an offering for yoga teachers.
Application acceptance. See below for the application.

Cosmic Reiki (Level 1) [with Nami Soga]
Reiki is the cosmic current of energy that moves through all of existence. It is an infinite field of potentiality through which all things are made possible, carrying the vibration of our own Spirit.
Reiki is also known as an ancient hands-on healing art that anyone can learn to cultivate for wellness, balance, and transformation.
In this training, we explore Reiki not only as a healing modality, but as a conscious way of being. Through cultivating Reiki awareness, we awaken our innate ability to channel life-force energy and embody greater wholeness. Together, we journey deep into strengthening your ability to bring healing to yourself, and to radiate this luminous energy into the world.
Cosmic Reiki 1 focuses on principles of Cosmic Reiki and self- healing.
Cosmic Reiki 2 helps to deepen your practice as you learn symbols and mantras to use in your practice. Schedule TBD
Cosmic Reiki Level 1 training with Nami is a prerequisite to attend level 2.
Each session is $400 separately or $760 for both if you sign up for both once Level 2 dates are released.
