Brooke Ray Martin-Eder

Brooke first came to yoga as a dancer, seeking balance and recovery, but quickly discovered that the practice offered much more—space for stillness, alignment, and connection beyond the studio. She trained at Arise Yoga in Crown Heights, completing her certification under the guidance of Jillian Schiavi, Tonie Warner, and Quamay Sams. Her classes weave together alignment-based flows and grounding breathwork, often inspired by the Ayurvedic seasons, to support balance and empowerment both on and off the mat.

Outside of yoga, Brooke spends much of her time in the dance world as a performer and collaborator, and she loves bringing the artistry of movement into her teaching. Her classes invite presence over perfection. Expect an atmosphere that supports both physical integrity and energetic clarity, meeting each student exactly where they are.
