Join Adriane Stare of MostPartum NYC for this one-hour class designed specifically for expecting parents seeking a realistic, supportive approach to newborn sleep. Gentle Sleep Solutions explores the basics and biology of infant sleep, helping you understand what’s normal—and why—so you can maximize rest and minimize stress in those early months. Learn how to thoughtfully set up your home and sleep spaces for better rest, understand the important connection between feeding and sleep, and discover safe sleep practices whether you're room-sharing, bed-sharing, or using separate sleep spaces. This class provides compassionate, practical tools to help you feel confident and prepared before your baby arrives. Time will be allotted at the end for Q&A - no questions are off limits!
