In Rest We Trust: A BIPOC Circle
with Tiffany Curtis & Fumiha Tanaka
We gather this holiday season to return to our most sacred home. What becomes possible when we cultivate home and refuge within ourselves?
Join Prema teacher and multi-lineage spiritualist, Tiffany Curtis, and Conscious Healing practitioner, Fumiha Tanaka in this gathering for all beings who identify as BIPOC/People of the Global Majority. Through plant wisdom, gentle movement, and somatic breathwork, this circle is an invitation to accompany each other on your paths to remembering your eternal belonging. We will invite the wisdom of the plant guide Linden through tea, and/or applying topically on skin.
Please bring: a water bottle, comfortable clothing, journal & pen, something of meaning that you'd like to add to the altar (to be returned to you at the end of the circle), eye mask (optional), and a nourishing snack for yourself/to share after (optional).
Note about Breathwork: This workshop is for everyone, however, to ensure that the breathwork session is appropriate for your individual needs, and that all participants receive proper support, if you have present or prior history with cardiovascular problems, severe hypertension, mental illness, panic disorder, recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness, epilepsy, spiritual emergency or pregnancy, please inform Fumiha (fumihahere@gmail.com) so she can give you alternative guidance for you. Please reach out if you have any concerns or questions.
