With Love - A Women’s Retreat

When: Friday October 24th – Sunday October 26th 2025

Where: Prema North @ the Barn Upstate

(2 1/2 hours from Brooklyn if driving, Amtrak to Hudson and short Uber/Taxi to East Chatham if taking the train.)

Our fall getaway for women is one of our favorites! Inspired by the seasonal shift, our theme for fall will always follow spaciousness and reverence.

Classes will include a blend of yoga, conditioning, dance, restorative and meditation. 

Prema North is in East Chatham, NY—equidistant between Hudson and the Berkshires, with charming Kinderhook just down the road. In your downtime, head into town for a little shopping, browse galleries, cozy cafés, farm stands or nearby hiking trails.

Retreat begins at 4pm Friday and concludes post Brunch 1pm on Sunday. Expect a few days to slow down, live more simply, more connected to nature and away from the noise.

On Site Barn:

1 Queen Private Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom: $1550 Single, $925 Double SOLD OUT

Open Loft / Enclosed Loft (up a ladder) - non-private, in main space, shared bathroom: $850 ONE SPOT LEFT

Off Site Accommodations:

Single Room: $1075 1 SPOT LEFT

Double/Triple Room: $875-$925 depending on location/room. SOLD OUT

Local:

Commuter Rate (finding your own accom or you live upstate): $750

CANCELLATION POLICY

Retreat deposit is non-refundable or transferable. These retreats have limited space and the deposit secures your spot.

Balances due: September 1st

For cancellations requests submitted prior to September 1st, balance is not owed but deposit is still forfeited.

For cancellations after the balance has been paid, there are no refunds or transfers to future retreats.

Exceptions cannot be made regardless of personal emergencies, injury or illness, etc. 

We do know unexpected things can come up so we encourage you to be sure the policy works for you before registering.
