    These classes happen live on Zoom and offer a more direct, real-time connection. If you can’t make class live but would like the recording, please email us at info@premayogabrooklyn.com to request it. Recordings are available for 72 hours.

    Please be sure Zoom is downloaded and up to date before class.

    Think of it like Zoom, just not two-way. The teacher is live, and there is still real-time connection, but student video is not visible. If you can’t make it live, the recording will be available to view for 24 hours after class. Here’s how.
