Created by Amanda Harding, founder of PREMA Brooklyn and a longtime entertainment industry veteran, Reset on Set was built in response to the long hours, high-pressure environments, and non-stop schedules that impact both cast and crew.

We come to your set, meet your crew where they are, and offer sessions designed to help people reset, recharge, and return to work feeling more grounded, clear, and supported.

Reset on Set brings thoughtful movement and mindfulness directly to film, television, and photo productions. We come to your set, meet your crew where they are, and offer sessions designed to help people reset, recharge, and return to work feeling more grounded, clear, and supported.

sessions may include:

yoga / meditation / pilates (mat) / mobility work / wellness and sensory enhancements, including aromatherapy and palo santo towels
