Everything you need to know before booking, purchasing, or coming to class — including cancellation policies, memberships, class packs, studio guidelines, and online access.

Booking

  • Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance

  • Late cancels and no-shows may result in a lost class or fee

Passes + Memberships

  • Auto-renews are non-binding — you may cancel anytime before renewal through your dashboard

  • Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • We’re not able to offer extensions

  • Monthly and Annual passes cannot be paused

  • Class packs begin on the date of first registration, not the date of purchase

Arrival

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early

  • We’re not able to accommodate late arrivals once class begin

first visit/studio policies

  • We encourage you to bring your own mat and water to class.

    We do offer $2 mat rentals, and we have a refill water station, so please BYOBottle.

    Rental mats are first come, first served, and if a class is crowded we may run out!

  • We do not allow phones inside the studio space. Upstairs, please turn your phone off and take off your Apple Watch before coming into the studio.

  • We do not accept late arrivals. Please plan to arrive between 5-10 minutes prior to class so that you can get settled and not disrupt the beginning of class.

    If you arrive past the time of class, whether you have pre-registered or not, we cannot guarantee your spot. If there is a waitlist, we will be offering your spot up if class has begun.

  • While we always encourage arriving with enough time to settle in, for some classes depending on the hour (morning and evening) and if the store is open or not, the studio and building itself will not be open until 10 minutes prior to class.

    Please be patient. We are coming!

  • Welcome! We offer weekly Yoga 101 classes as well as periodic Fundamental series. Most of our classes go at a pace that can accommodate many levels abd iyr teachers are well versed in modifications and accessibility. Please come to class early if you are new and communicate to your teacher your experience. Also feel free to email us to get recommendations on which classes would be better suited to you.

  • Rest up! Please be. mindful of not just your own health but of those around you. We have lots of options for replay classes and many of our classes livestream. You can stay in your home and practice until you feel better!

  • Outside of the baby & me classes, we recommend participants are 13+ and must attend with an adult guardian. We do require a waiver. Please reach out to info@premayogabrooklyn.com if you plan to bring a minor to class with you.

booking, cancellations + waitlists

  • If you pre-register for a regular class, up to 12 hours before your scheduled time, you may late cancel through your account without penalty. Here is how to do that.

  • Workshops and special events are non-refundable.

    There are no cancellations or credits for special events/workshops within 24 hours.

    Prior to 24 hours, your purchase may be applied toward a class pack or a future workshop/event.

  • If canceled 12 hours or less of your scheduled class or a no show, the class will still be deducted from your class pack and for weekly/monthly/annual members a $10 automatic penalty will be applied to your account.

    For the Cobble Hill Annex, the class will still be deducted from your class pack and for monthly/annual members a $20 automatic penalty will be deducted from your account.

    Our spots are limited and our teachers rely on spots not being lost due to late cancellations.

  • Illness/Life related cancellations (Covid included, due to contraction or exposure) are not exemptions to the policies above. We get it, life happens! But the policy is still the policy. Please do not pre-register prior to class if you are unwilling to adhere to the policies above. By its nature, late cancelling means something came up. You are always welcome to drop in or register closer to the time ensuring you can make it to practice.

    These policies remain even if teacher changes last minute due to personal issue.

    We do not have the resources to respond to every request for exemptions to our late cancellation policy for pre-registrations.

  • If you are on the waitlist and a spot opens up for you, your credit card will automatically be charged for the given pass.

memberships + class packs

  • There are no extensions, pauses, or credits for non usage.

    You may cancel your membership at any time through your Union Fit dashboard. Once your monthly cycle is complete, you will not be charged again and can renew at any time on your own.

  • Please make note of the expiration date of all pack/s you have purchased.

    We cannot respond to pack extensions.

    They are offered at a discount which means they must be used within the time frame policy.

    Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your pack is for you and you alone!

  • If you have a class pack, you can bring a friend using your pass as long as the person is registered with their own name.

    All monthly/annual passes are non-transferable and only the person who has purchased the pass and whose name is on the pass can use it.

online classes + recordings

  • For Livestream classes registered for in real time, access to the recording on your dashboard is for 24 hours.

    For Replay videos registered for in our Replay library, access to the recording is for 48 hours.

    For Video Calls (aka Zoom), access to the recording is for 48 hours upon written request.

community

  • Yes! We offer community classes at a reduced rate as well as work/exchange. We will also never turn anyone away due to lack of funds. Please inquire info@premayogabrooklyn.com to reach out.
