Join us in community for our first Prema Run Club fundraiser! We’ll meet outside PREMA for a brief dynamic warm-up before a guided 3K group run to Fort Greene Park and back, followed by a 45-minute yoga flow designed to stretch, restore, and reset after the run.
All levels are welcome - runners, joggers, and walk/joggers encouraged.
After class, head to Good Batch for a complimentary drip coffee and optional hang outside together.
$25 donation benefiting the Prema Hummingbirds community pantry (which will be starting as you get back from your run!)
This offering is separate from class packs and memberships.

8:00 AM - Meet at PREMA + dynamic warm-up outside in the square
8:10 AM - 3K group run to Fort Greene Park + back
8:40 AM - quick transition to Prema 45-minute yoga flow
9:25 AM onward - Coffee at Good Batch
