Join with a beloved Prema senior teacher for this exclusive Friday evening offering! 5 students, 1 teacher! Enjoy the personal attention this intimate setting will provide plus the wonderful group experience of sharing your practice with others. 

Arrive to your mat, props and lavender scented towel laid out for you. Settle into the candlelit every evening rhythm. All classes will be intermediate level with options for more advanced practitioners. 1 year yoga asana experience recommended.
