Join Prema Yoga Brooklyn & Amanda Harding & Elliotte Simian for this magical retreat to Southern Italy! This retreat is very limited.
Step into the rhythms of southern Italy for a week of yoga, sea air, and slow living. Our home will be a beautifully restored 18th-century farmhouse set among olive groves and just a short walk to the Ionian sea. With white-washed walls, vaulted ceilings, shady courtyards, and breezy terraces, the Masseria feels both rustic and refined — a place where mornings begin with light filtering through old stone arches and evenings end with dinner under the stars.
The property has quiet corners for reading, a pool framed by fruit trees, and gathering spaces that make it easy to connect or disconnect. Inside, each room is simple yet elegant, blending antique touches with modern comforts.
Arrival is on the 27th at regular check in time of 3pm. If you arrive earlier, you will be able to drop your bags but may not be able to access your room. The first gathering will be at 5pm/5:30pm, depending on when everyone arrives, and pre dinner.
Departure is on the 4th after morning practice and breakfast. Please book your flights for later afternoon/early evening on the 4th depending on where you are traveling from. Do reach out to confirm before you book your flights.

7 nights / 8 days accommodations
Daily vegetarian meals prepared by three local women — hearty, seasonal, and abundant. A generous brunch follows morning practice, and a multi-course dinner is served each evening. Snacks, fruit, coffee, and tea are available all day.
Two guided day trips to beautiful historic neighboring towns for exploring, shopping, and soaking in local culture.
One pasta-making class on site.
Daily yoga practice in the mornings with restorative or meditation sessions on select afternoons.

what’s not included:
International Flights.
Airport transfer to/from the Masseria (we’ll help arrange). Brindisi is the closest airport and is just under an hour to our location.
Day Boat Trip to swim in the sea (optional) - between $100-$150 USD depending on how many opt in.

Travel Insurance. We recommend full travel insurance.
Option for a Massage on site (with discount, typically $100 USD)

Prices are per person and include ALL meals, activities and programming listed above.
Each room has a private bathroom you share only with those in your room.
All rooms are spacious and beds are single and spread out (they can be joined if you are traveling with a partner).
After May 15th, once deposit is made, the full balance will be taken from your card on file.

We’ll provide clear driving directions and contacts for local transfer companies once you book. If you wish to explore more during your free time, you may choose to rent a car for the duration of the retreat, but this is entirely optional.

The closest airport (about an hour away) with regular flights from Rome, Milan, and other European hubs.

Slightly farther, but also well-served by domestic and European flights.

Ideal if you want to add on a few days in the city before or after. From Rome, you can take the train south or rent a car for a scenic drive to Puglia.
CANCELLATION POLICY:Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Balances are due by May 15th, 2026. Once the balance is paid (if on or after May 15th, this amount is also non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you need to cancel prior to May 15th, any payments made will be refunded minus the non refundable deposit.
On May 15th, all balances will be taken automatically using the same payment used to make the deposit. If you register after May 15th, the full payment for the trip is due.
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance. If, for any reason, the trip is canceled or postponed from the retreat center, you will receive a full refund.
