Kim's Mochi Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Irish Quick Oats

  • 2 Cups Milk of Choice 

  • 1/4 Cup Agave, Date Syrup, or Maple Syrup 

  • 1/4 Cup Nut Butter or Seed Butter 

  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon 

Method

  1. Starting with your Milk of choice, place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend high until a smooth batter. 

  2. Pour immediately into 6- to 8-ounce glass jars. 

  3. Place in the refrigerator overnight. 

  4. To Serve

  5. Eat straight out of the fridge with a spoon, or let it sit out for 10-20 minutes before eating if you have cold-sensitive teeth. 

  6. Add any fruit, jam, or bee pollen. 

For a quick Blueberry Sauce

  1. In a cup or Pyrex glass jug, mash:

  2. 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries 

  3. 1/2 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup (optional) 

  4. 1/4 Cup of Milk (your choice) 

  5. and spoon over oats for a juicy vitamin-infused addition.
