Kim's Mochi Overnight Oats

Ingredients
2 Cups Irish Quick Oats
2 Cups Milk of Choice
1/4 Cup Agave, Date Syrup, or Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Nut Butter or Seed Butter
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Method
Starting with your Milk of choice, place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend high until a smooth batter.
Pour immediately into 6- to 8-ounce glass jars.
Place in the refrigerator overnight.
To Serve
Eat straight out of the fridge with a spoon, or let it sit out for 10-20 minutes before eating if you have cold-sensitive teeth.
Add any fruit, jam, or bee pollen.
For a quick Blueberry Sauce
In a cup or Pyrex glass jug, mash:
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup (optional)
1/4 Cup of Milk (your choice)
and spoon over oats for a juicy vitamin-infused addition.
