Cancellations: Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancels and no-shows may result in a lost class or fee.

Auto-renews: Non-binding. Cancel anytime through your dashboard before renewal and rejoin anytime.

Passes: Non-refundable and non-transferable. No extensions. No pauses on Monthly/Annual passes.

Class Packs: Begin on the date of first registration, not the date of purchase.
