We’ll provide clear driving directions and contacts for local transfer companies once you book. If you wish to explore more during your free time, you may choose to rent a car for the duration of the retreat, but this is entirely optional.

Cancun International Airport is the closest major airport and the easiest option for most guests traveling from the U.S. and abroad. From there, the retreat property is approximately 50 minutes away by car.

Airport transfers are not included in the retreat cost, but we’ll gladly help coordinate transportation and share the best transfer options after booking. We aim to make arrival as seamless and affordable as possible.

If you’d like to arrive early or stay a bit longer, you may be able to extend your time at the property at a discounted rate. We’re happy to share details based on availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY:Retreat deposit is non-refundable or transferable. These retreats have limited space and the deposit secures your spot.
Balances are taken automatically after October 1st.
For cancellations requests submitted prior to October 1st, balance is not owed but deposit is still forfeited.
For cancellations after the balance has been paid, there are no refunds.
Exceptions cannot be made regardless of personal emergencies, injury or illness, etc.
We do know unexpected things can come up so we encourage you to be sure the policy works for you before registering and book travel insurance.
