Join Annie and Marcus for a transformative weekend dedicated to exploring how yoga can help clarify the direction of your life and the way you move through it. In a time of new beginnings and an evolving political landscape, our practice becomes a guide—an anchor to navigate change and a tool to strengthen the way we show up for ourselves and others.
Through mindful movement, meditation, and community reflection, we’ll explore what it means to walk your unique path. Whether you're seeking guidance, renewal, or simply space to reconnect, this retreat will help you discover clarity and resilience for the road ahead.
Retreat begins 5pm on Friday (arrivals start as early as 4pm) and concludes after brunch 1pm on Sunday.
Prema North is in East Chatham, NY—equidistant between Hudson and the Berkshires, with charming Kinderhook just down the road. In your downtime, head into town for a little shopping, browse galleries, cozy cafés, farm stands or nearby hiking trails.

Transportation to and from the Barn. You can either drive or take Amtrak to Hudson. The Barn is then a short 20 minute taxi/uber from the train station.

There are three ways to join us for the weekend: staying on-site at the Barn, staying in one of our off-site homes nearby, or joining at the commuter rate if you plan to arrange your own accommodations or already live locally.

getting there
Getting to Prema North is simple and flexible. You’re welcome to drive directly to the retreat, or take Amtrak to Hudson and continue with a short taxi or Uber ride to East Chatham. If you’ll be staying in one of our off-site accommodations without a car, please let us know after booking so we can help coordinate travel to and from the Barn.

If you’re driving, you’re welcome to head directly to Prema North in East Chatham. Full arrival details and directions will be shared after booking.

Hudson is the nearest train stop and is about a 20-minute drive from Prema North. From there, you can take a taxi or Uber to the retreat property.

If you’ll be staying in one of our nearby off-site accommodations and won’t have a car, please let us know in advance so we can help arrange transportation to and from the Barn.

A non-refundable $300 deposit is required to hold your spot on the retreat.

CANCELLATION POLICY:Retreat deposit is non-refundable or transferable.
These retreats have limited space and the deposit secures your spot.
Balances due March 1st.
For cancellations requests submitted prior to 45 days of the retreat date: Balance will returned but deposit is still forfeited.
For cancellations after the balance has been paid or 45 days or less before the retreat, there are no refunds or transfers to future retreats.
Exceptions cannot be made regardless of personal emergencies, injury or illness, etc. We do know unexpected things can come up so we encourage you to be sure the policy works for you before registering.
