Annie Petersmeyer

Annie is a Brooklyn-based movement trainer teaching bodies to move well, train with intention, and get strong. Drawing from Pilates, strength training, breathwork, mobility, yoga, and corrective exercise, her classes blend intelligent movement with care for the whole person.

She teaches students to understand their bodies, trust them, and know how to take care of them — hoping each person discovers something new within themselves every class.

Annie is a pre and postnatal specialist working with clients at every stage of life — new to movement, rebuilding after injury, preparing for or recovering from birth, or staying strong for the long term. She primarily teaches privates but loves the energy of a group and being part of a community.

A professional dancer by training, Annie has always felt at home in a studio. A new mom herself, she brings that experience — and her first true love, movement — to everything she teaches.
