what does it mean to be a practitioner/teacher of yoga today?
Join us on a path of deep inquiry, curiosity, and transformation. We understand yoga to be a moving, breathing, ever evolving practice that, while maintaining tradition, can expand outside boundaries and dogma.
This training values inquisition, conversation and expression.
Weekend trainings will be February-June.
There is a written exam on the last day of training and a celebratory Graduation. Summer is for study and crafting the final class. Final classes taught in groups of 4 in September.

requirements
A consistent practice of at least 2 years.
A minimum of 40 in person @ Prema classes completed throughout the training.
Dedicated and accountable practice and attendance throughout the training.
All assignments completed and handed in.
Final exam 80% or higher
Final class completed and passed
6 Seva hours during course of training with Prema Hummingbirds Mutual Aid (NEW)

Saturdays are 1:30pm-7pm in person
Sundays are 1:30pm-6:30pm
Some weekends will have 10am-12pm additional philosophy via Zoom.

We cap our teacher training at 18 students—small enough to feel intimate and connected, yet spacious enough to provide a sense of ease and autonomy.
