Tiffany Curtis Weeks

Tiffany Curtis Weeks (they/she) (MS.Ed; CPC; 500-HR CYT) is a community designer, cultural strategist, certified professional coach, and contemplative teacher based in Lenapehoking (New York City). A daughter of Liberia with over 16 years of experience designing social justice programs that have reached 22,000+ people worldwide, Tiffany began her Yogic path in 2017 through the portal of grief—and has been offering that doorway to others ever since.

As a 500-hour certified yoga teacher—trained under Faith Hunter (200-HR), Kiesha Battles and Candace Jennings (300-HR), and Tracee Stanley (Tantric Meditation)—she draws from Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and meditation (including Tantric and Vipassana traditions), threading each class with poetry, creative reflection, and wisdom from African-indigenous, Christian, Daoist, Dharmic, and Yogic lineages. Her teaching invites all beings, bodies, and experiences to honor ancestry and spirit for the liberation of all beings.

Tiffany is the founder of Indwell Collaborative, a culture design studio for social and ecological healing, and offers transformational coaching and consulting to organizations and individuals ready to align their work with spiritual devotion and their deepest values. She holds her roles as community birth worker, auntie, cousin, daughter, godmother, and sister as the sacred heart of everything she does.
