PREMA TEACHING MENTORSHIP PRACTICUM

with Emily Rawlings, Danielle Harbord & Amanda Harding

A Feedback-Driven Mentorship for Yoga Teachers

The Prema Teaching Mentorship Practicum is a comprehensive, practicum-based experience designed for yoga teachers who are ready to elevate their teaching through practice, observation, and meaningful feedback.

This is not a lecture-based training or continuing education course focused on theory. Instead, you'll apply what you already know by teaching full-length classes, receiving thoughtful mentor and peer feedback, integrating that feedback, and returning to teach again with greater confidence, clarity, and intention.

Together, we'll examine every aspect of what creates an exceptional class - from sequencing and pacing to cueing, language, presence, transitions, music, lighting, assists, and the overall experience you create for your students.

Working within an intimate cohort of 4-6 mentees, you'll receive individualized mentorship while also learning through observing fellow teachers, participating in discussion, and hearing feedback offered throughout the cohort.

Our goal isn't simply to help you teach a good class. It's to help you develop the awareness, confidence, and skill to create an exceptional one.
